Come experience our peaceful 2+ acre property on bucolic dirt roads just a few minute drive away from restaurants, hikes, museums and more! Spacious home (2,800+ sq ft) for up to 6 people.

3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen) 2.5 bath + large private bonus room with gym (2 queen beds). 2 areas with double screen monitored offices and plenty of other areas for remote work around the house! Our backyard looks out into the woods with a small private pond and a short walking trail.

Prime location! Dozens of trails and hikes close by. 3 min away from the historic Bird and Bottle Inn and restaurant. 5 min away from Magazzino Italian Modern Art Museum and Cafe. 10 min away from Hudson River side town of Cold Spring with restaurants and shopping. 15 min away from Canopus Lake Beach. 20 min away from the town of Beacon and the Dia:Beacon museum. 30 min away from Storm King outdoor sculpture park. Recommend having a car for ease of transportation but not required. It’s an easy 1 hour train ride from Grand Central then ~10 min Uber/lyft to the house. Tesla charger available at the house.

About This Lister

My partner Stevie and I purchased our dream home last year after renting the house for 2 years. We absolutely fell in love with our home and our location in the Hudson Valley after living in Brooklyn/Manhattan for years. We are long-time Listings Project members and have wonderful experiences subletting from/subletting to other members. I work hybrid in the city in HR Consulting and Stevie is a machine learning engineer. We live with our chihuahua mix Luna and love having guests at our home. Autumn time in the Hudson Valley is a magical time and we would love to share our home with people who will enjoy and treat our home like their own!
