I'm away for work until mid-December, and am looking for a responsible, clean and respectful tenant to take care of my studio apartment while I am gone.

2150 per month + utilities (wifi & electricity only)

($100 off and prorated rent if starting in July)

I am prioritizing those who are looking to stay for the whole period.

- Fully furnished (kitchen - Nespresso machine, air fryer, utensils, basic kitchen ware, blender, rice cooker. Living/bedroom - full size bed, desk, Cordaroy bean bag, projector etc.)
- In unit washer/dryer
- Dishwasher
- All electric unit/building
- High speed Verizon wifi
- Cute little fire-escape balcony
- I have two little pothos plants that need weekly watering
- Self-tape equipment (backdrop, ring light) if you need :)

About the neighborhood:
- 5 min walk from Church Ave (B/Q), 8 min walk from Parkside Ave (B/Q)
- 8 min walk to south side of Prospect Park
- Citi bike docks everywhere
- Steps away from grocery stores, bodegas, local Caribbean restaurants and businesses
- Target nearby

This space is perfect for one person (a little tight for two people, but if you don't mind a smaller space it could work!) and has all the essentials. I like to keep my space very simple and utilitarian so if you're looking for a well-kept, clean place to live that is convenient and easily commutable and walkable, this is a perfect space for you!
