We have a furnished private studio apartment available Nov 1st in Stone Ridge. (There is a king sized mattress on the bed-frame) The apt has a full kitchen and full bathroom, and a lovely view of the forested woods on the property. Also on the ~2 acre property is a small house where we live with a cat.

The apt is a second floor walkup that sits atop a large art-studio, and on weekends there are sometimes small art classes taught in the art-studio or just outside. The art-classes are quiet, but still important to know about. We can tell you more about this.

The entrance into the apartment is private. We are hoping for a long term tenant, but we are open to shorter stays (3-6 months). We can’t allow pets, as our cat is pretty territorial. As the stairs leading up to the apt can be slippery, it is probably not best for children.

The apt has a clothing washer but not a dryer, we usually hung our clothes on a rack which worked fine.

If you are interested in gardening, there are spaces in the garden you can use. 🫜🪏
