I am renting out the second bedroom in my Ditmas Park apartment as an art/writing studio from Jan 15th to May 15th. Dates are flexible.

The room is 12' by 10', on the first floor. The room has a mediumsized closet and two north-facing bay windows that look out onto a backyard, which you're free to access whenever you want.

I've used the space for the last year to create an audiobook. With the curtains closed, it's quiet enough to record audio.

It works as a writing space or painting space too. I have found it really conducive to creative work.

You'll also have access to basic appliances in the kitchen: the refrigerator, microwave, and sink. And if you prefer to have the room furnished, I can leave my desk and chair for you.

Internet and Utilities included.

Note: There's no private entrance, so you have to walk through the apartment to access the room. You'd be free to access the room any time, though it's available as a work-only space.
