About This Lister

I am an Art Jewelry maker and lapidary artist. I am the main Tennant and hold the lease. I use the communal space for my showroom, workshop teaching space and group gallery space, as well as meeting room for clients. This is a shared space with additional room for Tennant to store some materials and utilize workshop/event space by appointment with me. I keep the space relatively clean and clutter free, with thought to aesthetic elements to entertain clients and guests. Our Landlord at The Chocolate Factory is aware of our sublet situation and are agreeable to this, supportive and helpful with repairs. There is a music studio next door so there is frequent music and lessons given by students. My work is occasionally moderately loud. I don’t use toxic materials. I do not tolerate toxic materials use in the studio, no synthetic fragrances.
