I would like to share it with someone that will come 5 days (or less) a week and I will come 2 days a week -Wednesdays and Sundays-. Ideal for someone with not so many things. Rent includes utilities.
It could be a long term.

Very close to L train Grand Street stop, and there are two buses in the corner.
I am very respectful, travel frequently and maintain an active art practice.
