I am a professional artist working on the floor myself who developed and manages the entire space. I have just renewed another five year Lease, having been here for 10 years on my first Lease. I keep the loft clean and well organized and there are maintenance staff within the building. Its an amazing place to come and work in a private, friendly atmosphere.
