We are looking for a long-term 1 to 2 bedroom apartment. We are seeking an apartment that is quiet, spacious, lots of natural light and dishwasher - in-apartment or in building laundry a must.

We both work from home a lot so a peaceful, comfy place is a must. We are very neat, tidy, clean & quiet. We view home as a sanctuary of peace and tranquility. We are a peaceful happily married couple.

We are seeking either a nice amenity building or an apartment in a brownstone on a tree-lined street. Ideally close to Prospect Park & subways.

We are also getting a puppy in the fall so pet-friendly is a must.

We are also starting Journey Monster- travel advisors where I'm the travel writer & he's the travel photographer - so we travel a lot.

We've been married almost 20 yrs and are passionate about writing, culture, travel, Comic-Con, film/tv/animation, and are really excited to become pup parents. We don't have kids, don't smoke.
