Hello! My roommate and I need an unfurnished two bedroom in Brooklyn for a lease that begins August 1st-15th. Ideally this apartment will be one we can stay in for longer than a year. We’re looking for a space $2500 or less for ourselves and our two cats, and we’d like to live in Kensington, Ditmas Park, (northern) Midwood, Greenwood Heights, Windsor Terrace, Park Slope (not possible on our shoestring budget but throwing it in for fun), South Slope, Sunset Park, Prospect Heights or Bay Ridge. We’re exceptionally responsible and pay rent on time if not early. We’d like bedrooms as equally sized as possible, and we need our common area windows or at least each of our bedroom windows to actually look outside, as opposed to a wall.

My roommate is a PhD student studying psychology, and between her extensive coursework she works as a freelance IT professional.
