As a professional organizer, I prioritize listening, understanding, and thoughtfully addressing your unique needs and goals. My process is both practical and transformative and while it can sometimes be challenging, the end result will be deeply rewarding when you experience your new environment.

I like to begin my process with a free consultation, which involves visiting your space and meeting you to gain a clear understanding of your specific needs. From there, I develop a personalized proposal tailored to your goals. Our process starts with decluttering, sorting and categorizing your environment. Whether we tackle this together or my team and I handle it on your behalf, we always remain focused on the objectives we set during our initial consultation. Additionally, I emphasize making the most of what you already own before recommending any new products; sustainability is a part of my ethos. Once the decluttering phase is complete, we shift to organizing and designing a space that aligns with your vision.

My experience includes move management and unpacking, organizing a business and/or their back stock, estate clear outs, senior downsizing including helping them stay independent, new parent organizing, digital organization, organizing of artist studios, estate sales, and paper management.

Hi, I'm Marianna! I'm Brazilian and grew up in both California and New York, which has shaped my diverse perspective on life and work. I’m currently working on becoming more fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, so if you speak either language, feel free to help me practice!

My yoga practice, specifically the study of Katonah Yoga, has had a profound influence on me. I’ve been practicing for over 20 years and I now teach as well. My practice informs every aspect of my life, and if we work together, you can be sure I’ll share its insights with you. The practice is not just about the physical poses, it’s about creating space in both the body and the mind, and that philosophy carries over into everything I do.

Background and Expertise

My background in organizing begins long before I even knew it had a name. From organizing my beads, barbies, and beanie babies as a little girl to eventually helping family and friends, I've always had a passion for purging, sorting and finding new ways to bring order and clarity to my surroundings. What I’ve learned along the way is that organizing isn't just about a beautiful picture perfect set up, it's about creating a newfound clarity in your own environment. When you clear the clutter, both physically and psychologically, you make room for new perspectives, new opportunities, and a greater sense of peace. Whether we’re working together to reorganize your home, office, or any space that needs attention, my goal is to help you create an environment that feels aligned with your needs and supports your growth.

What started as a natural inclination has grown into a professional career over the past 5 years. In 2021, I took the leap into organizing professionally, and it didn’t take long for me to dive in headfirst. My first role was at Parsons School of Design, where I was tasked with a major project that was a true "trial by fire." With the sudden onset of the pandemic, students’ belongings were packed up and placed into storage. I was brought in to manage the team responsible for returning those items to students’ dorms. It was a complex and high-pressure task that required both precision and care. From there, I quickly expanded my work, working with many organizers, to then gaining my own clients all across the tri-state area, benefiting from the flexibility of traveling with my own car. I have experience with move management, organizing of business and their back stock, managing a home/estate after a loss, digital organization, organizing of artist studios, estate sales, paper management, and more.
