As this apartment is at the top of a private home, no guests or parties will be allowed.

About This Lister

I'm a freelancer who generally works from home and this space is my sanctuary. I am book obsessed and happy to share them with you during your stay, just please don't take them away. I have two plants (Bobby and Bernie) who will need watering occasionally. I'm a terrible cook but love to bake and any subleter will have access to all my cooking/baking accessories and 100 cookbooks.
The landlords live downstairs, they sometimes leave their doors open and they have a cat that occasionally roams the halls. I'll remain your main contact but they are on site in the event of an emergency.
