This is a wonderful studio apartment a couple minutes walk from Grand Army Plaza, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, and Brooklyn Museum.

The unit is on the 5th floor of a building with elevator. The layout of the studio is one main space that functions as bedroom/living room, a foyer-type entrance, a separate kitchen(ette), and bathroom of course.

There are two closets, which are being used for storage, but one of which will have an available clothing rack inside. There will also be a dresser and pantry available for use.

The main area gets plenty of light from two windows and because it looks out onto the backyards of the surrounding buildings (as opposed to the street), it is quite pleasant sound-wise.
