The unit is on the 5th floor of a building with elevator. The layout of the studio is one main space that functions as bedroom/living room, a foyer-type entrance, a separate kitchen(ette), and bathroom of course.

The two closets will be occuped for storage purposes. However, there will be a dresser and pantry available for use.

The main area gets plenty of light from two windows and because it looks out onto the backyards of the surrounding buildings (as opposed to the street), it is quite pleasant sound-wise.
