I'm subleasing my room in this three-bedroom, one bathroom Central Harlem apartment for $834/month. The room is quite small, but I've lived here for 2.5 years and I've found it's quite manageable and cozy for one person!

ABOUT THE ROOM:

The space includes a twin XL bed, desk, chair and underbed storage, a shoe rack, storage cubicle and a rolling cart (all are shown in the photos). The bed must stay, but otherwise I'm fine with removing any of these items before the sublease ends if you have your own stuff/don't want it in here.

ABOUT THE APT:

I live in a 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Central Harlem.

You'll be living with two other roommates, both in their twenties and in graduate school! We mostly keep to ourselves but chat in the shared spaces (kitchen, living room) and hangout here and there. We also communicate about logistical stuff (buying stuff for the unit, issues, when we're having people over, etc.) through text or shared calendars. We also do chores on a rotating, bi-weekly schedule.

If we think you're a good fit, then I'm sure these things can be discussed, but please keep in mind that this is the current environment in the shared space and should be respected!

Additionally, this apartment is a five-floor walkup. There's a grocery store and cafe at one end of the block and a laundromat at the other. We're a 10 minute walk from the A/B/C/D and 2/3 lines, and about a 15 minute walk from Trader Joe's and Target.
