This is a quaint, bright apartment located on a quiet street in the heart of Hollywood. A fully furnished apartment with a plethora of plants, large airy windows, and retro finishes. Located a few steps away from Target, Ralphs, Sightglass Coffee, and anything else you could possibly need. The monthly rent is $2350 for all utilities. We are currently seeking a subletter who is looking to stay 10/8 - 11/8 with the possibility of extending and who doesn't mind watering our plants!

The dates are somewhat flexible, but we're hoping to find someone to stay at least 3 weeks. Rent can be pro-rated depending on the length of stay.
Street parking is available on our block and the apartment is only accessible by stairs.
We love pets but unfortunately can't have any in the apartment.

Please send us an email telling us a little bit about yourself and your situation. If it seems like a good fit, we'd like to meet you either in person to give you a tour of the apartment or via facetime/zoom if needed.
If we decide to move forward, we will need a signed sublease agreement prior to move in addition to the collection of the first month's rent (due 10/7) prior to move-in.
We also require proof of identity such as a passport or valid real id.
