It's also walking distance to Sunset boulevard in Silverlake where you can find an Erewhon on the way and so many more of La's best restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping centers. It's a 5 minute drive to Los Feliz and 10 minutes to the Reservoir and Echo Park Lake. No parking spot - street parking only.

My name is Rachel. I have been the sole tenant of this place for a little over 3 years now. I am a creative / independent casting professional working freelance for commercial projects and I also have my own slow fashion design studio. I am born and raised in Los Angeles. During the sublet term I will be back and forth between LA, traveling for work, and staying with my Dad in Palm Desert. I cherish my quaint little bungalow and the way it makes me feel like I'm in Paris when I'm in there. I put a lot of love and care into the space and like to keep it well kept and clean. I love my home made matcha lattes, drinking wine with my partner, sharing cute animal videos, cuddling my cat (not included in the apartment) and practicing yoga.
