The Egg Collective Quality Control & Assembly Coordinator is a highly organized and self- motivated individual who will help the Production Team achieve the successful and efficient daily completion of the production schedule. Reporting to the Out-of-House Product Manager, the Quality Control & Assembly Coordinator will contribute to the execution of a rigorous production schedule, while also being flexible for the unique demand each day may present. Furthermore, the Quality Control & Assembly Coordinator is a specialist who exhibits the patience and hands-on acumen required to ensure all products are ready to leave in accordance with Egg standards. The Egg Collective Quality Control & Assembly Coordinator will:

• Be a multi-purpose production team member available to troubleshoot and execute on daily needs as determined by both schedule and situational occurrences
• Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills
• Desire to build ownership of their dynamic role within the larger team and proceed with an independent mindset
• Exhibit a keen eye for accuracy and consistency
• Develop an extensive understanding of the Egg Collective brand including but not limited to materials, detailing, hardware, and tolerances
• Be willing to share knowledge and skills pertaining to one's professional role with team members where applicable
• Log hours in Harvest for any contributions to active projects

• Assemble all product on time with an eye for quality control and consistency
• Exhibit patience and hands-on skills necessary for the successful assembly of fine furniture
• Prepare individual parts utilized at assembly
• Prepare all pieces for delivery team pickup and be available to assist Production Coordinator as needed with pick ups; troubleshot any issues highlighted during this process
• Provide product completion photos for in house and client reference
• Package and crate in-house in-stock items

• Understand how to read shop drawings
• Dedicate appropriate material to appropriate job
• Develop a thorough understanding of materials utilized in Egg Collective product (wood, leather, stone, metal) to aid in material selection and limited fabrication projects.
• Operate machinery with safety in mind

• Be responsible for the organization and safe movement of active projects and components upon handoff from Egg Finishing Team
• Meet vendors on loading dock to transport raw materials and/or components
• Receive and inspect all components made by outside vendors; thoroughly inspect with an eye for recognizing what is and is not acceptable within 48 hours of receipt
• Communicate any issues with incoming product to Operations Coordinator
• Maintain inventory and safe storage of all out of house made components
• Maintain stock of all assembly hardware (screws, drawer slides, hinges). Review Active Projects Sheet to forecast upcoming requirements and communicate any purchasing needs to Operations Coordinator
• Be comfortable lifting 50-100 pounds safely
• Move stone properly and safely
• Maintain shipping supplies and communicate any purchasing needs to Operations Coordinator
