I’ve been in this unit for five years and my current roommate is moving in with their partner, so I’m looking for someone to fill the room until the lease expires on September 30 (with a possibility of resigning).

The room itself is a queen sized room and the unit comes with a fully stocked kitchen and living room. Super convenient to 2,3,4,5,6,A,B,C,D metro north, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, target and just about anything else you need. There is a washer/dryer in the building and rooftop access that is super nice. The management company is super responsive and I’ve never had any issues.

Rent is $1450 plus utilities and shared items (split evenly). Move in 12/1 and requires first month and security deposit. I’m literally the worst photographer in the world so the pictures are from the listing, message me to set up a time to see it in person and see how it looks furnished.
