The bedroom is in the back of the apartment so you don't hear any noise at night. A rarity in NYC! The front is sunny and bright and also quiet. There is an AC unit in the living area and one in the bedroom.

Amenities: A washer and dryer is in the unit (also unheard of!), dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, a working space (with desk chair) and eating space as well as TV with all streaming channels and fast wifi. The building features an elevator, a beautiful roof deck with grills, a quiet common area ideal for working, and a gym. All included in the price. Utilities also included.

The neighborhood: The 2/3 train is right across the street with many others just a few minutes walk away (A/C, F, R). Close to many bars, restaurants and shops. Trader Joe's and Target are a 4-minute walk. Fort Greene Park is about a 12 minute walk.

You: I am looking for someone who will be respectful of my space and maybe water the plants once or twice. I just moved in so everything is brand new.
