The bedroom has a queen sized bed. You'll have storage space in the closet and under the bed. The living room has a pull out couch for guests, plants, and plenty of books. There are two air conditioners.

Kitchen is equipped with brand new range, microwave, air fryer, soda stream, nutri bullet, coffee grinder, and all sorts of utensils and spices that you will be welcome to use.

Close by to Saraghina, Peaches, LunAtico, Thompkins Ave., and Herbert Von King Park.

The price is all inclusive of electric, wifi, gas, water.

The landlord does not allow pets.
