Happy New Year and Welcome to what a previous subletter called "The Zen Den."

My one bedroom and two bathroom apartment was fully renovated a few years ago, so everything feels clean, modern, and intentionally designed. The space has a peaceful, grounding ambiance with plants, great natural light, and a quiet street outside. The bedroom is extremely quiet and faces away from the street.

I have been in and out of New York for about twenty years and this is genuinely my favorite apartment I have lived in. It is on the top floor of a four floor walkup, which means higher ceilings and no noise from above. The building and the tenants are consistently quiet, friendly, and respectful.

Greenpoint speaks for itself, and you are close to the now iconic Radio Bakery.

I will be traveling in Europe for work during February and March and I am looking for someone who fits these exact dates. I have been both a subletter and a leaseholder for many years in New York and abroad and have had overwhelmingly positive experiences.

I have curated my home with care, so I am hoping to find someone who is clean, considerate, quiet, and appreciative of a calm space.
