-Unit is on ground floor facing quiet rear garden. Building does have four steps at front to reach building door.
-Primary space easily fits a full/queen bed. Receives late afternoon sunlight, plants have been pretty happy.
-Hardwood floors and combination of exposed brick and drywall. High ceilings.
-Coin-operated laundry, bike storage and storage cage (included in rent) in basement. Roof deck access via stairs.
-Current lease goes until 30 June 2026.
-2 minute walk to B54 bus towards Downtown Brooklyn (A/C/F/R)
-12 minute walk to G at Classon
-5 minute walk (or less) distance to multiple Myrtle Ave businesses: cafes, bagels, grocery store, hardware, art supply, urgent care, vet
-15 minute walk to Fort Greene Park
-Start date flexible: 8/15 - 9/1, preference for 8/15.
-Rent: $2,275/monthly
-Security deposit equal to one month rent.
-Guarantors accepted
-Tenant responsible for electricity (heat, a/c) and internet.
I’m an architectural designer (they/he) and have been based in NYC for 7 years; I've lived in this apartment for 2.5 years. Moving to San Francisco for a new job.
Happy to answer questions about the unit or the neighborhood and show the unit (mostly in boxes) starting around Aug 8.
I believe management is looking for 40x income. No Broker Fee.
$20 application fee to management via Zelle. First month (September) and security deposit due to management to move in. Additional pro-rated rent due to me for August move-in.
Pets allowed. Previous tenant had a cat, other units have small dogs. If you have a large dog, I'll have to ask management.
