Hardwood floors throughout, recently renovated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with queen-sized bed, one with full-sized bed), bathroom with bathtub, office with large desk and pull-out futon, private deck and back yard, laundry in the basement, driveway parking.

Amenities include a smart tv, fast wifi, a comfortable, sunny office with a large desk, a cozy sitting area, and a well-appointed kitchen. Lots of opportunities for encounters with nature -- hiking, skiing, skating, birding. College-town amenities and charming local shops are a twenty-minute walk or quick drive away. Relax on the private sunny deck taking in the views or warm up by the outdoor fire-pit (firewood available).

The Cottage is adjacent (with one shared wall) to the home of a family with two teenagers and a poodle.

For January, February, and March 2026 we are offering $80/weeknights and $100/weekend nights with four night minimum to the Listing's Project community.
