Fair Harbor is a quiet hamlet on FIre Island. There is a restaurant, pizza to go, a sandwich and ice cream store next to the market, a liquor store and general store. Two neighboring communities to the west have markets and restaurtants as well. Alternatively one can walk or water taxi to the east for shopping, meals and general exploring.

I live here in Fair Harbor 8 months a year. I am a registered yoga teacher, a Registered Polarity Educator, Biodynamic craniosacral therapist and an Ayurvedic self-care educator.

If you are interested I teach 7 yoga classes a week....some on the beach in Fair Harbor, . Additionally, I offer bodywork on a private deck. Make an appt and lay under a green canopy listening to birds sing around you.
