Looking for someone to share my 1920s apartment in Los Feliz off Hillhurst— a bright, calm space in one of the neighborhood’s most peaceful but lively areas.

It’s a two-bedroom with hardwood floors, a tiled fireplace, and a sunroom that gets natural light throughout the day. The living area opens into a reading nook and dining room surrounded by windows. The apartment is furnished with comfortable, classic pieces and has an easy, welcoming feel.

The neighborhood is quiet, tree-lined, and very walkable — close to cafés, restaurants, and markets, but still tucked away from the noise.

There’s in-unit laundry, garage parking, and a small front patio that gets great morning light. You can choose between two bedrooms (different sizes and prices).

I’m a filmmaker and writer with a real love for storytelling — both through film and on the page. I spend a lot of time writing, reading, and working on creative projects, and I like keeping the space peaceful and grounded. I’ve been living in Los Angeles for about six years and just finished college, so I’m in that in-between stage of working, creating, and building momentum in the city.

Outside of work, I’m pretty involved in the cultural side of LA — I love going to screenings, art shows, and small music events around town. I tend to keep a calm home environment, but I also enjoy having people over occasionally for dinner or creative nights in.
