My 1-bedroom apartment is just a 2-minute walk away from the L (Graham Ave), a direct line into Manhattan in 10 minutes. Right outside the door, you'll find great restaurants, bars, shops, Citi Bike, pilates studios, and the best Japanese hairdresser & spa!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a quiet, 3-unit building. It's newly renovated and has a great layout: a spacious main room with a couch & reading chair, a desk, plenty of books, and fast WiFi; a kitchen nook with full appliances; and a separate, quiet bedroom with a Casper mattress. The apartment faces a side street, no building right next to it, so you get a nice view of trees.

I’ll be visiting family in Europe for about 4-6 weeks, so ideally you can stay the whole time, but open to sublets of at least 3 weeks. Start date is only flexible on the later side (after Dec. 15), end date is open. The place is best suited for one person—sorry, no pets or parties, as the building is quiet. Utilities included.
