My 1-bedroom apartment is just a 2-minute walk away from the L (Graham Ave), a direct line into Manhattan in 10 minutes. Right outside the door, you'll find great restaurants, bars, shops, Citi Bike, pilates studios, and the best Japanese hairdresser & spa!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a quiet, 3-unit building. It's newly renovated and has a great layout: a spacious main room with a couch & reading chair, a desk, plenty of books, and fast WiFi; a kitchen nook with full appliances; and a separate, quiet bedroom with a Casper mattress. The apartment faces a side street, no building right next to it, so you get a nice view of trees.

I’ll be visiting family in Europe for about 4-6 weeks, so you could stay for up to 6 weeks, but open to sublets of at least 2 weeks. The place is best suited for one person—sorry, no pets or parties, as the building is quiet. All utilities included.
