The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a quiet, 3-unit building. It's newly renovated and has a great layout: a spacious main room with a couch & reading chair, a desk, plenty of books, and fast WiFi; a kitchen nook with full appliances; and a separate, quiet bedroom with a Casper mattress. The apartment faces a side street, no building right next to it, so you get a nice view of trees.

The place is best suited for one person—sorry, no pets or parties, as the building is quiet. All utilities included.
