looking for a studio, casita, mother-in-law apartment, or possibly a room in a quiet home with a private bathroom.

hoping to stay Hollywood-ish or DTLA or parts not too far from there. parking would be nice. walkability would also be nice, but i know it is different than NYC.

i am a performing artist in my 40s, she/her, shoes off, quiet, clean, not much of a cook, very happy to water plants, would consider cat care for a cat that is ok not sleeping in the bed...i love cats but have a mild allergy so a kitty that must sleep on your pillow & i wouldn't be the best match. i have great references from former sublet situations found on Listings Project & also a perfect five star rating on vacation rental sites.
