Hi, I've lived in NYC for 15 years and this is my favorite home - quiet, spacious, steps from restaurants and a block away from Central Park, with close proximity to multiple subways (1/B/C).

I enjoy a tidy, calm vibe, so you'll find minimal but unique furnitures, such as a wall bed, adjustable coffee table, and modern electric piano that bring me joy.

I will be away for 5 months so I'm looking for a responsible subletter who would take careful care of my furniture to enjoy my home. Whole duration preferred, but shorter period possible too (esp. for Dec, plus cleaning fee)
