Subletting my furnished studio apartment on the Upper East Side, Manhattan, for the month of August. Dates are somewhat flexible, and there is an option to sublet weekly.
It’s a spacious studio apartment with a separate kitchen. Recently renovated and painted, very nice, peaceful and clean. It's located in the back of the building, facing a garden so it's a quiet oasis while being in the center of one of the most exciting neighborhoods in NYC. On the 2nd floor (2 flights up, no elevator). There’s an AC in the apartment, and a laundry room in the basement.
The apartment is a couple of blocks from Central Park and Carl Schurz park by the East River. Plenty of options for the subway (4 min from Q, 10 min from 4,5,6), many buses, also NYC ferry. 10 min walk to the Guggenheim, Met… and of course an abundance of restaurants and shops nearby.

The rent is $2,300 for a full month, plus $200 for the utilities and a security deposit of $1,000. There is an option to sublet weekly, that would be $700 including everything.
I would like to sublet the apartment to one person who is clean, responsible and would leave the apartment as it was. Someone who is considerate, doesn't bring the party home and will clean up.
No pets allowed. No smoking.
I am happy to give you a tour of the place, either in person or virtually. We will sign a sublease agreement. I will ask for a security deposit to cover any potential damages and a pic of a photo ID .
