Subletting my furnished studio apartment on the Upper East Side, Manhattan. The dates are flexible, starting November 6th, for 2 weeks in November, and then 2 weeks between December 22-January 4.
It’s a spacious studio apartment with a separate kitchen, peaceful and clean. It's located in the back of the building, facing a garden so it's a quiet oasis while being in the center of one of the most exciting neighborhoods in NYC. On the 2nd floor (2 flights up, no elevator). There’s a laundry room in the basement.
The apartment is a couple of blocks from Central Park and Carl Schurz park by the East River. Plenty of options for the subway (4 min from Q, 10 min from 4,5,6), many buses, also NYC ferry. 10 min walk to the Guggenheim, Met… and of course an abundance of restaurants and shops nearby.

The rent is $95 a day, including utilities, or $665/week; plus a security deposit of $500.
I would like to sublet the apartment to one person who is clean, responsible and would leave the apartment as it was. Someone who is considerate, doesn't bring the party home and will clean up.
No pets allowed. No smoking.
I am happy to give you a tour of the place, either in person or virtually. We will sign a sublease agreement. I will ask for a security deposit to cover any potential damages and a pic of a photo ID .
