We built this beautiful 3 bedroom one bath home in the early 80’s. We are located on 30 acres abutting 1000's of acres of woodland with trails and a mountaintop tower.

The house is 2 stories, 2200 square feet, fully furnished, with a bright kitchen and a new induction stove. The floors are mostly hardwood and four skylights light up the interior. There is an outdoor eating area under an arbor, a fire pit, a sleeping porch and an outdoor shower. There’s a small greenhouse, fenced garden space, numerous fruit trees and blueberry bushes.

The house is heated with a wood stove, a gas wall heater and an electric minisplit which serves as AC in the summer. It is well insulated with modern windows and full south solar gain.

The house is equipped with fast fiber optic wifi.

There is a pantry, mudroom, washer/dryer and an artist's studio space in the house with a utility sink. There is also potential for shop space rental in the out building where we can provide storage as needed.

Located just 10 minutes from UMass Amherst, 20 minutes to Northampton, and 10 minutes from Interstate 91. Leverett is a small rural town with 1 store (a co-op ), a library, and an excellent elementary school.

The surrounding towns of Sunderland, Montague, Hadley and Amherst have everything you might need from fine dining to big box stores.
