Dreamy creative sanctuary space just off Abbot Kinney (1 bed / 1 bath).

At the back of a gated compound with 6 individual bungalows, no shared walls, and luscious communal gardens.

The space itself is incredibly quiet, especially at night, and is still in the hub of Venice - at the end of Brooks and Electric Ave - 5 minutes walk to Blue Bottle on Abbot Kinney, Gjusta for the best breakfast for miles, and the beach. Also next door to Tacos Por Favor (not my favourite tacos, but they're certainly convenient). Whole Foods and Ralphs are both half a mile away. So is Erewhon if you're feeling boujis.

Fully furnished 1 bedroom with plenty of storage, open and airy with 2 walls of windows and a ceiling fan (no A/C really needed - as being so close to the ocean, it doesn't get as insanely hot as inland).

Bathroom has the clawfoot bathtub of dreams, power shower and skylight (hot water is electric, so you never run out of hot water).

Living space has a couch which opens up as a second bed, and a kitchen with all the cooking things you could ever need. And a private back patio that the living room opens into, although I don't really use that space a much.

Neighbours are super quiet, a couple of them have young children, so it's a zen kinda vibe, no late parties etc.

It feels good for me walking around at night, I also have a bike available that will be part of the sublet. There's so much within walking / biking distance, it's truly such a great base for someone who wants to be in the Venice hub for the summer.

Parking is on the street, although I've never had an issue finding a spot on the same street. Laundry is in the communal outside space, shared with 2 neighbours.

I have close friends a block away who can support if any issues.

This place will be super clean, I'm kinda OCD about stuff. And there will be a bunch of vinyl and spiritual self-development kinda books for you to read.
