I’m subletting my fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in Williamsburg from August 13–31. It’s located on the second floor of a quiet two-unit building, just off the Graham Ave L train. The block is incredibly peaceful and residential, but super close to great spots like Cozy Royale, The Meat Hook, and Variety Coffee.

Its a very charming apartment with a vintage kitchen with all the essentials, a full dining table that works well for meals or working from home, and a cozy living room. The bedroom is small but quiet, with a window that opens to a light shaft. There’s built-in A/C and good WiFi.

I’m looking for a respectful, responsible subletter who will treat the space with care. I just ask that you water a few plants and bring the trash bins to the curb once a week. Unfortunately, no pets.
