If you are interested in a space windows or without windows, both will be priced much cheaper than anything else in the area! Windowless spaces will range from $300 - $975 depending on the size. Then there are the larger window spaces that get plenty of light and ventilation. These range from $1050 - $1,250. Sharing space with a studio mate is completely allowed. And a great way to save on rent!
