On Saturdays, Vanderbilt is closed to cars and the neighborhood comes out eat, hang out, listen to music and stroll. The neighborhood is family friendly and so walk-able, with many restaurants, cafes and shops.

Living space is an open loft-like floor plan with antiques and a modern artsy aesthetic. Walk up 2 flights of stairs to this top floor apartment. There is a ton of light and hard wood floors.

We also have a Breville Barista Touch that makes unbelievable espressos, cappuccinos, flat whites and lattes. If you are comfortable using this type of machine, we can work out a way to leave it for you

Bedrooms:
The main bedroom has a king size bed with a half bath en suite.
The second bedroom has a beautiful mantle and a full size bed that sleeps 2.
