The Space
This apartment is designed for comfort and convenience, whether you're here for a few days or an extended stay.

Bedroom: Unwind in the very large bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-size bed. There is plenty of space for a pack and play or an air mattress (a twin with bedding is available upon request). You'll find ample storage with a dresser and a large hall closet to unpack and feel at home.

Living Room: The living room is a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring, with a comfortable sofa for two, a lovely armchair, and a Smart TV for all your streaming needs.

Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook and prepare meals. Enjoy a coffee or a quick bite at the breakfast bar, which seats two.

Building: The building has an elevator, though please note there are three steps in the hall, making it not fully ADA accessible.

The Neighborhood
You simply can't beat this location. Our spot is just a short walk to some of New York's most famous attractions.

Walkable Attractions: We're just two blocks from both Central Park and Lincoln Center. You can easily walk to the Museum of Natural History and even Rockefeller Center.

Local Scene: Enjoy the amazing local restaurants and shops that make Lincoln Square so special.

Transportation: Getting around is a breeze. We're only two blocks from the subway station, with easy access to the 1, 2, 3, C, and D lines.

Parking & Laundry: Paid parking is available two doors down (street parking is difficult), and there are many convenient laundry options very close by.

Hi! I'm going on vacation for a month and would like to have my rent covered. I am flexible on the move-out date. Rent is quoted for 30 30-day stay, and the rest is negotiable.
I live here with my daughter so will be putting personal items in her locked room to provide you space. I'm a neat freak so looking for someone to leave the aprtment they way they found it.
