About This Lister

My husband and I have lived in this home for 20 years. We raised our two adult children here whom are now grown and away during this time. We are planning on moving into our downstairs vacation rental apartment for smaller quarters since we don’t quite need as much space for just the two of us.

I have a background in the arts and my husband is a trained horticulturist. We have a company that installs pollinator gardens within local NYC Parks while running volunteer programs. Come volunteer with us!
