This is a bright 1 bedroom in the upstairs of a two-story craftsman, with an open concept living/dining/kitchen space and a big terrace facing (with view of!) the ocean. There's a huge comfy sectional, king-size bed, espresso machine, gas grill on the deck, dishwasher, central AC/heat and laundry access.

NO PARKING SPACE, but I can provide a visitor permit for street parking. There is street cleaning outside the house on Tuesdays.

Location: 4th street, Ocean Park (5 min walk to the beach).

IMPORTANT: this would be ideal for a person who works at home and is mostly looking to chill and take walks on the beach. Stevie is a sweetheart, calm and great with everyone, but he is a rescue and needs someone to be home. He does have a local daycare and we can discuss other deets if you are interested. //
