Hi! I’m a South Florida-based realtor with Douglas Elliman currently looking for a furnished short or long-term rental or sublet in NYC while I explore where I’d like to buy a condo. I’m open to a studio or one-bedroom in Lower Manhattan (below Chelsea, above FiDi) or in Brooklyn (DUMBO / Williamsburg preferred). I love open, loft-style spaces with a kitchen.

I’ll only be in the space part-time, so it won’t get much use — I just prefer not to live out of a hotel during extended NYC stays.
