Hi! I’m a South Florida-based realtor with Douglas Elliman currently looking for a furnished short or long-term rental or sublet in NYC while I explore where I’d like to buy a condo. I’m open to a studio or one-bedroom in Lower Manhattan (Chelsea and below and prefer above FiDi) or in Brooklyn (DUMBO / Williamsburg/Brooklyn Heights). I love open, loft-style spaces but will consider anything that is within my budget.

I am looking for a sublet for the month of September at the moment but also will consider a long term sublet in the mean time if the opportunity comes up.

I’ll only be in the space part-time, so it won’t get much use — I just prefer not to live out of a hotel during extended NYC stays.

Bonus: I’m open to a swap with my beautiful 1-bedroom + den condo in East Boca Raton, Florida.
