My studio partner and I have a recording studio in Clinton Hill/Navy Yard area in Brooklyn. We're looking for someone to rent time there while he is out of town from March to September.

We are ideally looking for someone to sign on for $1,100/mo which would give you access to the studio for a half week every week, but are open to smaller time commitments if it works.

It's a cozy space with three rooms - one is a control room with Yamaha NS10s, Genelecs, an Avantone MixCube, a Juno 60 and DX7, one is a middle room with an upright piano and Rhodes in it, and one is a tracking room with guitars, amps, and a vintage Pearl drum kit.

We're equipped with mics and everything you need to make a record, and you can bang the drums in the middle of the night if you'd like. There's also minimal noise from outside because we're in the basement of a commercial building.
