Hi there!

My studio partner and I have a recording studio in Clinton Hill/Navy Yard area in Brooklyn and while I'm out of town, we're looking for someone to rent half the time there (can be more than half the time if you are interested let me know). I'm able to get in there every day if I want to.

It's a cozy space with three rooms - one is a control room with Yamaha NS10s, Genelecs, and an Avantone MixCube (which is also where some synthesizers are housed, including Yamaha Juno 60 and DX7), then there's a middle room with an upright piano and Rhodes in it, and then there's a tracking room with guitars, amps, and a vintage Ludwig drum kit. We're equipped with mics and everything you need to make a record, and you can bang the drums in the middle of the night if you'd like. There's also minimal noise from outside because we're in the basement of a commercial building.
