About This Lister

I am a 10+ year resident of the building and have a good relationship with the building owner. I am taking some time away for the winter. Dates can be flexible for the right person. I have put a considerable amount of time and material into making the place feel cozy, including custom millwork on the cabinets, window sills, dining and office area. I will be available to show the place 11/15 -11/22 or provide a video walkthrough. Building is occupied by two other quiet and thoughtful residents, who all maintain the place in a tidy manor.
