The private, 3 story authentic log cabin is nestled on the banks of a meandering mountain stream that offers swimming, fishing and kayaking. Recently renovated with an eye for design, it is a modern spin on the classic American log cabin. Perfectly situated in an untouched part of New York, yet only only 2 hours from lower Manhatten. Secluded but still connected to everything you need in the neighboring towns of Barryville and Narrowsburg.

The main feature of the property is the large mountain stream that meanders through it and presents amazing views from inside the house and from the large deck. The living room features soaring ceilings, a big, open fireplace clad in handmade Moroccan tile, and two large sofa's to lounge on with family and friends. The custom kitchen is made of bamboo and Italian marble and has top of the line appliances with features like a steam oven, ice maker and induction cooking. There is a Breville espresso machine for barista quality coffee. And the dining table offers ample space for long dinner parties.

The primary bedroom with king bed is in the loft, overlooking the stream below. The ensuite bath with large soaking tub, rain shower and custom vanity breathes tranquility. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor looking out on the forest, one of which has a king bed, the other has two twins. The bathroom on this floor has a moody feel and features custom Calacatta Viola marble and raw brass fixtures.

There is a walk out basement that houses a dedicated office space and a cozy rec-room with pool table / ping pong table and large television and sofa. It also has a third bathroom with rain shower and Moroccan tile. There is air conditioning throughout the house.

The spacious deck has retractable shading and a large dining table that overlooks the stream and beautifully landscaped garden. The garden features meandering paths, a fire pit with large outdoor sofa, and a cabana for lounging.
