I’m subletting my cozy two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Greenpoint from February 1 - Feb 28 at a reduced rate of $2,200 TOTAL in exchange for caring for my two sweet cats.
About the apartment:
Bright, quiet, and ideally located on a peaceful street just steps from cafes, parks, and the waterfront.
One bedroom with a full-size bed.
Second room is a small office — perfect for remote work or reading.
Fully furnished and move-in ready.
About the cats:
Kiki and Vikki are affectionate, playful, and snuggly. They’re fed twice daily, and their litter box should be cleaned once a day. Food, litter, and supplies will all be provided.
I’ll ask that you send a quick photo update of the cats every couple of days while I’m away.
