The apartment has large soundproofed windows that bring in lots of light and extra high ceilings with skylight in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom. Its two bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized premium foam mattresses and Brooklinen Percale linens. One room has its own desk and there is also room in the living room to work. The apartment is clean and minimal, while still providing all of the comforts one might need.

You'll be staying on the third floor of a two-family townhouse with the owners living below you and reachable for help if needed. Apartment has its own separate entrance so you may come and go as you please. Superfast wifi and other utilities included.

Closest subway is the Greenpoint G stop three blocks away.

Preferred minimum rental period is two weeks but one-week stays could be considered.
