The apartment is a studio in the charming bedstuy neighborhood and comes with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric stove. It is newly renovated and I keep it very clean. It is perfect for a single person as it has everything you need to feel at home after a long day in the city. Queen size bed and large dining table which is nice when you want to work from home. It is on the 3rd floor and has great light.

Plenty of lovely coffee shops and grocery stores within a couple blocks. Right across from the famous saraghina bakery which is so lovely to stop by in the morning for coffee and croissants.

The apartment is a 7 minute walk to the C train, 12 min walk to the A train, across the street from the bus that goes into downtown brooklyn.

I will be away for the holidays for a month. Dates are flexible.

I am a set designer and artist with a studio in the navy yard. I will be traveling to visit family in January. I absolutely love this apartment and location. I have only lived here about 6 months. The neighbors are very sweet and the superintendent is quick to fix things.
