You’ll be sharing the apartment with me and my boyfriend — we live in the other large room on the opposite side, so there’s plenty of space for everyone! The room is furnished as shown in the photo. The common areas are fully furnished and super cozy as well.

The room gets tons of natural light (3 big windows!), and we’re just one block from laundry and the subway (1 minute away). We also have an office room you’re welcome to use if you work from home. We don’t work from home. It’s a great neighborhood!

Rent:
Long term: $1,700/month (everything included: WiFi, bills, home supplies)

Short term: $700/week or $1,200 for 2 weeks

I'm an engineer, and my boyfriend works in finance. We’re chill, respectful, and open to living with anyone regardless of gender. I’m usually out from 8 AM until after 6 PM, and my boyfriend has a similar schedule. We love to travel, so you might even get the apartment to yourself sometimes!
